Excellent Servixe Ford of Port Richey went Above & Beyond for me. I was having an extremely, emotional week. I went there for an oil change and needed brakes. Brought the truck in to have the windows tinted., Drop the truck off, had to wait awhile to be taken home. Got a call when having the truck tinted the windshield broke. The service writer told me it was pretty slow so an oil change wouldn't take long. They advertise a complimentary car wash with service, but I did not receive one. (gee and they were pretty slow)! Took it in before for some new car quirkiness and nothing was accomplished. Dealership is close but I will be taking my Explorer elsewhere. More
