My Sales Rep was great. The F&I guy seemed dishonest. I visited the store after making an internet enquiry regarding a 2018 Mustang GT. I was introduced to Cleveland my sales associate who immediately wor I visited the store after making an internet enquiry regarding a 2018 Mustang GT. I was introduced to Cleveland my sales associate who immediately worked diligently building rapport and qualifying my needs. After a couple hours of friendly negotiating, we penciled a deal both parties were happy with. I had been offered an interest rate of 2.9% by my credit union before visiting the store and explained this to Cleveland. I was told they were able to match the offer and so I agreed to finance through the dealership. When it was time to head in to see the F&I guy to complete the paperwork, I was surprised to be told they had secured a lower rate and this would help lower my monthly payment a few dollars each month. The up sale by Jay in F&I was very persistent and he told me that’s the only way he gets paid, was by selling products like extended warranties on the back end. He wasn’t clear explaining the cost of additional products and when I refused to buy any of the options he said he could look for a voucher and perhaps offer something for a few extra dollars a month. Through some protracted conversations, it turned out he was holding back the amount the lower interest rate would lower my payment, and a $1000 customer cash rebate I was untitled to. It seemed he was trying to use this to subsidize the cost of any of the products he was trying to sell me. Once I discovered this I explained I thought he had been dishonest and said I was a hair away from walking out. At that point he went away to speak with I’m guessing the GM leaving me in his room for a few minutes. When he returned, he said I could have the customer cash and my payment dropped by $43 per month. I feel this kind of behavior is unnecessary and leads to poor reviews of the dealership and altermatly the people who work there. At no point did he apologize or was I thanked for the purchase by the GM. Something I’m used to happening at other stores. I would like to reiterate Cleveland was a great sales associate and had the dishonest behavior never happened with F&I, I would have given this dealership 4 stars out of 5. Not 5 because the process was a tad slow after all taking approximately 5 hours in total with an hours break in the middle. More

Ripped off We purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz at the time we purchased it the brakes were pulsating they took it in the back and all they did was a patch of job. We purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz at the time we purchased it the brakes were pulsating they took it in the back and all they did was a patch of job. 4000 miles later the brake pedal started pulsating so bad it was shaking the car we brought it back in and they replaced all four rotors like they were supposed to originally before we purchased a vehicle and I got stuck paying half the bill I'm sorry but brakes do not go bad in 4,000 miles. I had bought for vehicles from you in the past but I'm sorry this will be the last vehicle I purchase from your dealership and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. More

A maintenance light went on . I brought my truck in on March 3 for eight switch in the steering wheel for the radio was bad also needed oil change tire rotation drop the truck of . I brought my truck in on March 3 for eight switch in the steering wheel for the radio was bad also needed oil change tire rotation drop the truck off on Friday night to give them enough time to fix the switch also had a maintenance light on pick the truck up Saturday at 4:45 got in the truck maintenance light was still on you had my truck all of Saturday can only change your oil and rotated the tires brought the truck back on March 14 the part with to have the switch installed also have a look at the maintenance light again Steve was able to help me with the maintenance light came on so he was able to have the tech diagnostic Steve was very good got me a rental car on Wednesday when I drop the truck off took till Saturday to have my truck properly fixed upon picking my truck up on Saturday at 4 o’clock noticed on Sunday the door to the passenger side inside would not open the door do you think someone would check the work before they release the truck very disappointed More
