My husband decided to look at the trucks when we were helped by Russell. He was absolutely great to work with. He didn't push anything on us, didn't try to force us to buy anything. Answered all of our questions and was upfront and honest. We ended up with a few unique situations and he was there every step of the way. We never felt like we were dealing with a typical 'car salesman'. It felt like we were just talking with an old friend. In the end we left with a great truck. I would highly recommend anyone to work with him. Any business we do with Ford in the future we hope to work with him again. More
