Try Here Before You Buy This was only the second dealership I tried while shopping for a new or pre-owned care. The first dealer had me test drive one vehicle and then tried every high pressure tactic to get me to buy it. After driving one car! Once I arrived at this Ford dealer, I felt much more comfortable and was aware that they don't use the high pressure techniques like others. Our salesman was understanding, as I had our two kids with us late at night and in contrast to the other dealership, he made it easy to reschedule time to test drive other vehicles. We arrived early and test drove cars and trucks in and out of our budget until we were happy and once we selected our choice, the rest of the process was relatively painless. Buying a new car is stressful enough, anything they can do to make it more accommodating is much appreciated and this Ford dealer did exactly that. We were impressed from start to finish. Now I have the vehicle I'm deeply satisfied with, and they have a potential repeat customer and many positive recommendations. More

Excellent experience! Meeting Kevin Xavier and his manager, Bob quickly became a pleasure and educational. Mr. Xavier proved to be both knowledgeable and personable. After 2 hours of questions, followed by as detailed an answer as desired, Mr. Xavier had satisfied our broad range of queries, conducted a drive and thoroughly introducing us to the warranties and dealership support for this vehicle. With further questions of precise costs and accessories we were introduced to the Manager, Bob who promptly laid out the costs, options and incentives associated with the vehicle and our financial organizations. It was pleasant to not have to experience any distractions, slight of hand or evasions in this negotiation period. The financing aspect was factual, accurate and only moderately confusing. Two hours after the Dealership had closed for daily business we had successfully purchased a new Outlander. All in all, a good experience, a pleasant group of people and a happy outcome! More

But they were not. I also asked about a front license mount, and I was told that I could buy one at an auto parts store. I realize that you only have a rear plate in Florida, but we are from New York,where we have a front plate. It's hard to believe that ford does not make a front plate holder. More
