Was told the repairs possibly needed would require over $700 in diagnostic fees just find out what needs to be done that none of the repairs after that would be covered under warranty. Was recommended to contact my insurance company to file a claim. Went to Ferman Ford of Clearwater and they diagnosed and repaired everything for $0 under warranty. I will not be utilizing my free oil changes at Port Richey Ford or returning for any services, including purchasing another car. More

Hello. I'd like to tell you that my experience with you has been the most horrible I've ever had. I have a Ford F-150, a Ford Explorer, and this Ford Escape I'd like to tell you that my experience with you has been the most horrible I've ever had. I have a Ford F-150, a Ford Explorer, and this Ford Escape, which I went to your service center for. That car threw an Overheating Protection code, and according to your mechanics, the engine was damaged and needed to be replaced. That was my only solution, and it cost approximately $15,000. To my amazement at the care given to that car, I took it to my local mechanic, and after performing a diagnostic, he discovered it was only the temperature sensor that was damaged. He proceeded to replace it, and effectively, nothing more. He charged me $180 and solved my problem, less than what I paid you for your terrible service, which could not be further from the truth. My car is running perfectly, just like the first day I bought it. I don't understand how a dealer of a brand that is supposed to be a specialist can't give a correct diagnosis and only tries to scam their customers into replacing an engine in a car that isn't actually damaged. I've been a fan of the Ford brand, but because of negligence and poor service like the one I've received, you lose customers. More
