I have been going to this dealership for almost 4 years and my family even longer - first time I have ever been disappointed in the service from start to finish. I was greeted and then went to the holding and my family even longer - first time I have ever been disappointed in the service from start to finish. I was greeted and then went to the holding room - Kendall was my service manager. Very clearly new and had not done his homework. Went in for an oil change that has never taken more than an hour to wait - this time it was three hours (including a blinker light bulb change) and the price drastically went up. Kendall could not give me a good explanation why and then I had to go find my car on the lot. Terrible overall - probably won’t be going back for service. I also noticed very few faces - which I find hard to believe they all happened to be off. Seems like there has been a drastic shift at Ford of Port Ritchey and not in a positive way. More
Valet pickup changed 3 times. Overheated on the way home. Had to take it back. Couldn’t fix the defroster the first time, have to take it back. Rayann does an amazing job making sure customer needs are met. She makes sure the customer's scheduling requirements are met and stays on top of the service providers to provide accurate, timely, and quality met. She makes sure the customer's scheduling requirements are met and stays on top of the service providers to provide accurate, timely, and quality work. She also listens to the customer's complaints and doesn't assume they do not know what they are talking about when they describe a service problem they have. Rayann is very friendly when offering additional services, but is hugely respectful when the offer is declined and does not try to force the sale. She is beyond friendly, and she is incredibly helpful. More
