This was a recall replacement of my back up camera with the mechanic coming out to my location at work. The work performed appears fine. I dealt with a service coordinator named Steve. Steve enjoyed turning up his music really loud in his office. Steve also likes to hand out his cell number for work. Problem here is that Steve does not answer said phone often. Steve likes to send text messages. Problem here is that Steve does not respond when one texts him back. Steve had the audacity to speak sarcastically and condescendingly to my wife about me texting him at 7pm the night before we were supposed to drop off our truck. The reason for the 7pm text was because Steve had yet to respond to previous texts and phones calls asking if our appointment was secured for the day following the text. In my opinion, Steve is an xxxxxxx and should be reprimanded. More
