bumper to bumper should mean just that instead I had to pay over 1100 dollars because the your welding broke inside my door. I will never by another ford product. Welding should last a long time not just 2 More

Although we try with every customer, unfortunately, not all components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Those cases are very few and far between. We are limited by the manufacturer as to what we can do in these cases. We try and do what we can to mitigate the expense to the customer in those cases. We are sorry that we could not do so for you in this case.

We apologize that you did not enjoy your experience. We provided you with an estimate for repairs at your request. Unfortunately, many repairs are excluded from extended warranties. We are priced in accordance with manufacture and market norms. We are held accountable to the these prices by the manufacture have limited ability to affect the pricing on many maintenance items such as belts.

It’s not a belt that was suppose to be replaced , your missing the point - the tensioner was to be replaced not the belt . I totally understand maintenance items like belts and the cost associated with them . But your business wanted to charge me over $749.99 to install a tensioner that cost $70.00 - that’s absurd in todays world
