I was visiting out of town and needed immediate help due to unfortunate damage from well sprinklers at a local hotel to my car. Everyone was helpful and realized the repair needed to be done quickly in ord to unfortunate damage from well sprinklers at a local hotel to my car. I would give 0 stars . I had 1030 appt for oil change . I was told it would take 1 hr-1 1/2 wait . Iwas told my car was in the express lane several times . After waiting an hour and a half ,I asked if my car was told it would take 1 hr-1 1/2 wait . Iwas told my car was in the express lane several times . After waiting an hour and a half ,I asked if my car was done I was told it would be another 1/2 hour . That bought it to 1230, still no car I was told I could take my vehicle unserviced if I wanted to. Finally a different associate Nate asked if I would be getting my car soon, I assume he saw me waiting outside for a long time. He checked on my car and the oil change handout even been started. He was apologetic and it would be 1/2 hour . I got my car at 1pm. Very poor customer service . This is the thanks I get for buying a car at Ford of Port Richey . More
