I went in for an oil change and to have 2 unusual noises looked at. Got a call not long after and was told I needed to come back in to see the issues. Came back in and was given a $3,000 quote for repai looked at. Got a call not long after and was told I needed to come back in to see the issues. Came back in and was given a $3,000 quote for repair. Reluctantly moved forward with the repairs and picked up my vehicle a couple days later. Left town early morning the next day and noticed i still have the same unusual noises and that other items weren’t even looked at or fixed. Super disappointed and pissed with my experience and definitely feel like I got taken advantage of. I would definitely not recommend going to this dealer or having John Kidd as your service advisor. More

I went in to get my SUV detailed. They did a nice job on the detail and the price was fair. I'll get it done more now that I know where I can take it that's reasonable and does a good job.
