They charged me for parts and labor that I didn’t need so they could make more money. I brought my car to their service department to get 1 strut replaced. They failed to offered all the options on how to repair my car effectively. The choices they gave me was pay $300 to put my broken car back together “it would not be fixed” or pay an absurd amount of money to fix it and do a poor job “while decreasing the performance of my car”.
