Update on my Ford Focus 2014 recall on the transmission. My service writer is frank but I also worked with Steve the were a major help and all around great guys words cannot Express how satisfied I am with them. Although I’m not very happy with finances dept don new bald faced lied to my wife and I when we purchased this car we purchased the top extended warranty because it was a 2016 with 39000 miles and he informed us that it covered bumper to bumper. Well he lied it dose not cover bumper to bumper. So a part that we thought was covered was not it ended up being 1100.00 dollars. Thank god I was told to call ford customers service witch I did and thx to a lady named Susan she worked hard to get us 80% off and trust me I’m on ssi so that was god sent very pleased with Ford customer service as well . My question is to have someone in your establishment that lies to people just he can get a high commission doesn’t say much about your dealer ship I have owned fords most of 57 years and have never had a problem with ford and I still don’t but one bad apple you know the rest .
