Nathaniel was my service representative and he kept me informed with every detailed as to what had to be done and if I was in agreement. It took 2 da We've had these folks care for our car for 2 years, no problems. Now over 2 days i tried to schedule an oil change.. a no brainer, right? It took 2 days and 4 phone calls to still NOT be able to get an appt. This was the most frustrating experience i've had with any service dept. From not being able to talk to a service rep to schedule an appt, to being told someone would call back, no one did, then to be lied to that they tried and my phone was busy. The # they had is a cell # and it goes to voicemail if another call comes in. This was the final straw..Don't bother.. they apparently have more important stuff to do than take care of their customers. More
