Ford of Port Richey - Service Center

i had changed the oil at 5000 mi in my 2023 maverick i scheduled my next oil change 6 months later but only had 2000 mi since my previous change when i asked about this i was told "well all oil has a shel scheduled my next oil change 6 months later but only had 2000 mi since my previous change when i asked about this i was told "well all oil has a shelf life" i want to know what oil was used because i want to contact that company and ask them if their oil only last for 2000 mi under my circumstances right now it just happens i don't put a lot of milage and will come upon this same thing six months from now with very low milage BUT i have to protect the truck warranty and chang the oil More

Appointment was easily done online and at my convenience. Once there they took my truck right back and provided maintenance history for me on my used truck.
