Painless Called with a flat tire. Bought the car a month ago at another dealer hours away from where I live. Also purchased tire and wheel care contract. Ca Called with a flat tire. I had no idea how to put in a claim. She took care of everything. Tire got repaired she did the paperwork and I signed and went about my day. She made a stressful thing painless. Becky mad a believer out of me. I will be taking my car there for service from now on. More

Excellent Would definatly recomend them to everyone. Bought a truck at bankruptcy auction. Spent 10 months working on it off and on. Abs, air bag, windshield, heater core, even rebuilt the trans. Ect. I did it all. Then I got stuck..... wife said enough. Either put it on the road or sell it. In desperation I brought it to them. They found the problem in just a few hours. Something I overlooked. They didn't make me stupid. It was so obvious. They got me out of hot water with the wifey unit. Cant say thanks enough. More
