Sad Overall Service Brought my Expedition in there on 9/7 for a Works Service and for the fourth time in a row now they did not rotate the tires, which is part of the ser Brought my Expedition in there on 9/7 for a Works Service and for the fourth time in a row now they did not rotate the tires, which is part of the service. It seems every time I go in there something is not right; either parts are not ordered in advance for a service appointment or in this case the service is not completed as advertised. Nathaniel pointed out to me the truck needs brakes both front and rear, but if they can't get a handle on a simple tire rotation i doubt I'll be trusting them with the brakes. I think it's time to look elsewhere for service. More

excellent service I had a sensor go out on my ford truck and I called STEVE WOLLACK in the service dept and told him that the engine was stating that is has overheated I had a sensor go out on my ford truck and I called STEVE WOLLACK in the service dept and told him that the engine was stating that is has overheated,so at that point he told me to bring it in.I want to state that STEVE was getting ready to leave as it was after 5:00PM and he stayed late to wait on me and get me check in. I then called him the next morning and he told me to call back later which I did and that is when I found out that the truck was fixed and it was a heat sensor.I want to give a SHOUT OUT TO STEVE WOLLACK as he did a excellent job before and after the truck was fixed. More

service department was great Service was better than expected. I was offered a ride home and to be picked up when the work was done.
