First oil change. Called on a Saturday to get an appointment for an oil and oil filter change. I asked for Becky Miller because she took care of surprise flat tire for Called on a Saturday to get an appointment for an oil and oil filter change. I asked for Becky Miller because she took care of surprise flat tire for us. The receptionist said she could schedule it for that day at 3:20 and Becky was there so that worked out great. I got there and went into the office area to wait for Becky. I told her why I was there and she wrote it up, I signed it and off we went - she to get my oil change done and me to get some great coffee and catch up on my reading. I logged my tablet into the free wifi and a short time later Becky brought my keys and it was done. Very professional and everyone there seems so friendly. More

General Service This is my first visit to this dealer for service. I made the appointment on line and they took my vehicle in right away. They finished the service an This is my first visit to this dealer for service. I made the appointment on line and they took my vehicle in right away. They finished the service and while doing the final inspection found my brakes were in need of replacement. Frank came into the waiting room and explained what they had found, the cost and time required for the repairs to be completed. Then set up a ride home and pick up when it was ready. The brakes were an expected repair as my vehicle has 97K miles with the original brakes. Great service and comfortable waiting area. More
