Steve the service manager ordered it with in 10 minutes of the 4 o'clock window and it was there and installed same day. Above & Beyond I was experiencing a loud rattle from the front end of my Mustang that was driving me crazy. The mechanic worked on it for two days, with no luck. I have numerous after market items installed on the car. They began removing them one at a time until the noise disappeared. It was an after market windshield washer cap, that was rubbing against a support. They relocated the tank downward, problem solved. Thanks for your diligence. More

One Slip Up I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and inspection of the tires as I was having a slow leak in one of the tires.before a long road tr I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and inspection of the tires as I was having a slow leak in one of the tires.before a long road trip. Since it was close to 30,000 miles they suggested several filters also be replaced. Everything was done quickly. However, soon after starting my trip the tire pressure warning came on. I had to refill the tire several times during the trip until I reached a location to have it inspected and repaired. It turns out there was a rivet embedded in the tire. Good thing I carry an emergency air pump in the car. More
