The service was subpar. It took 2.5 hours for service on my truck. When my truck was completed I was direct to the parking lot to get my truck back. I was told there was not any where else to put it. I went out to my truck and found that it was still in drive. My truck had never been put in park. I got into my truck and started to check the fluid levels. I was only given 1/2 tank of DEF fluid. I also noticed that my computer had not been reset after the oil change. I took it back to the service department and showed the advisor. He went and got another container of DEF fluid and put it into my truck. While driving home my driver rear hub cover fell off. Yes, the tires were rotated and apparently not put back on correctly. I purchased my truck from Ford of Port Richey and expect more. I had some work done to it. A few weeks ago later and found out when Ford of Port Richey put my electric running board on they left an exposed wire under my truck. I am very disappointed in Ford of Port Richey and will not be bring my truck back. More
We brought the car in for an oil change knowing that the car needed to be fixed because the car was bucking. We spent 6 hours at the shop and the car is still bucking. We paid $477. Went to the dealer Mike Black because he had just sold us the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but i the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but it might have been some module which might have been under a recall, but they fixed it. Didn't like leaving the truck overnight after just getting it, that was sad, but it was fixed and we are glad!! More
