Terrible Service and Dismissive Techs Extremely disappointed with the service. I went for a recall service and I asked for a simple oil change. When I returned for my car I noticed they ga Extremely disappointed with the service. I went for a recall service and I asked for a simple oil change. When I returned for my car I noticed they gave me the most expensive oil change which includes other service, which I did not ask for. When I took the car back I noticed it was bouncing when I was driving the car. I called the service department and got a voicemail where I left a message. No one bothered to call me for an entire day so I called back the next day. There was a guy who answered the phone. When I asked for his name so I knew who I was talking to, he refused to give his name and told me he was "reception". When I told him about the message I left him he basically said it did not matter because I had already made an appointment to have the car looked at, which was true. Even so, I expected a call back to acknowledge they receive the message. The day of the appointment I went online to confirm the time and I noticed the appointment had been removed. So know I have a car that is having issues and service staff at Vic Bailey who are playing games and ignoring my requests to have my car looked at. I am sure that if I were I been a white person they would've jumped through hoops to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this place at all. More

I told them how much time I had to close the deal (because we were also moving that day), and every person moved as quickly as possible to get me approved and out the door. The coustomer service was good. Even though its been a while since my last visit. This time I feel that the price to change oil in a truck with 7qts of oil and an oil filter $64.00 d Even though its been a while since my last visit.
