My wife and I knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and we knew the value of our trade-in. Vic Bailey Ford Lincoln knew what they had to offer and found a model in the color we wanted nearby and they were willing to bring it in for us. Servicing my MKX I had my Lincoln MKX in for a windshield washer problem. I was able to get an appointment on line. second master cylinder in 3 months In January I had a new master cylinder put on 2011 MKX. On March 29th a warning light about low brake fluid came on. I refilled brake fluid and cal In January I had a new master cylinder put on 2011 MKX. On March 29th a warning light about low brake fluid came on. I refilled brake fluid and called VBLincoln to schedule an appointment. I was unable to an appointment until Monday, April 2, at 9:00 am. I had the vehicle there at that time. Late on the 3rd of April I got a voice mail that my vehicle was next in line! I think it was actually the next morning when actual work began. I then got a call on April 5th telling me it was ready. There was no charge as this was a failure of the part installed in January. And I must say that Jim Skriba was courteous and called several times to inform me of progress. However, I do not understand why, if I had an appointment for Monday morning, that it was not even looked at for 36-48 hours. I had gone to some extreme to have it there as scheduled on Monday morning. More
