Really disorganized and kept trying to push me to finance after I told them I'm cash paying. Actually was trying to fill out credit application without my approval. Really disappointed. When we were trying to leave they stopped us to take some picture of a code ... and it took an hour to put on a zip tie. And they kept calling the car was ready for pickup... after telling us go to lunch. More

I absolutely love my new Mustang convertible. Everyone at Ford of Upland was very helpful and answered all of my questions. They even had a car brought over from a different dealer that wasn’t very forthcomi Ford of Upland was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Alex, my salesman, went out of his way to deliver an item that I had ordered from parts and wasn’t in stock yet because the dealership was in the process of moving everything to their new showroom.
