Put a deposit down and ordered a new truck. F350 Tremor Lariat sport packages etc. Was told it would take 2-2.5 months. After 3 months and no contact from Upland Ford. I re-established contact with the original sales person. Gave him my number and he said he would text me. Never happened, so 6 weeks later I show up to cancel my order. The sales guy asks me what I ordered, I told him. He says it’s here, nobody called you. xxx are you serious with me right now. The only reason I didn’t cancel was because it was there.! And it was exactly as I ordered it. More

I bought a used car from Ford of upland last week. I was happy with Edwin who was helping me out-he was helpful, polite, and not pushy at all. My biggest complaint about this transaction was that I was told multiple times that Ford worked with my bank whom I wanted to get the loan from, but after going through the entire loan application process and heading home, I found out they didn't work with my bank. It wasn't until someone was at my house having me sign final sale papers that they let me know. On top of that, they told me I just needed to go to my bank and get a check to send to them (no other instructions beyond that), but when I got to my bank, Ford had never sent in my loan app and I had to complete the entire approval process again at my bank. Then I had to come home, write them a check and deliver it to them. When I texted the salesperson who helped me with the transaction about these issues, they never responded back. On a final note, the car I bought was listed as having about 31,000 miles online, but when I went to sign the papers to purchase, I saw it actually had over 34,000! I really love the car, and Edwin was very nice, but I don't appreciate all the other problems I had to deal with. More
