Seriously? You want me to answer this Showed up this morning for 9 o’clock appointment & was told the technician wouldn’t be in for at least an hour or more...I had another appointment in Showed up this morning for 9 o’clock appointment & was told the technician wouldn’t be in for at least an hour or more...I had another appointment in a different county at 11-so, I had to leave. This dealership is 35-40 minutes away-so, I’m extremely unhappy I had to reschedule. Associate booked the install at my residence for the next week-however the technician also called & said he doesn’t know why the previous appointment was made as he doesn’t work on Fridays??? Can we get on the same page here? I might have to revisit my Yelp review & previous review on this website. More
Service work was fine. The house not so good Left coupon for oil change at home, service knows there’s an active coupon but doesn’t give me a break and charged full price. Didn’t ask if I was a FordPass member so as of now the $60.00 I spent for service doesn’t at to points. Very disappointed. I have an Infiniti and the service there is very professional. Coupon or not they give you the active deal if it applies. Receptionist didn’t even explain if I wanted to add points or if the points would be added, just wanted to know if I wanted to use my points. More
Made a 7am appt and car was returned at 6pm. Again it is either Management or the Service person who is Great. In this case it was Kim. She was Great and an Asset to your company. How can I make a 7 am appointment for a diagnostic check the find out at 5:30 pm. that nothing is wrong with the car. That process should have been 2-3 hours top. I ultimately purchased a battery due to the only reason I can think why a car would have a cold start is that. Hopefully I was able to fix the problem with that. I appreciate your management and or employee Kim. Other than that. We always have something go wrong when we service our car here. Thanks for the effort though. More

diagnostics visit Dealer would not provide root cause analysis for the engine codes present in vehicle due to prior work having been completed by myself on the engine. Dealer would not provide root cause analysis for the engine codes present in vehicle due to prior work having been completed by myself on the engine. Dealer said the codes might not be legitimate due to prior work. Of the recommendations that were given to resolve the engine codes, 3 of 5 were already completed. After inquiring how the recommendations were determined, one diagnostics method was stated as being used specifically. After I repeated the diagnostic method myself, I could not replicate the findings that were stated by dealer. After further testing myself, none of the recommendations given were found to be relevant, and a separate problem was found. There exists a technical bulletin by Ford which addresses the problem with my vehicle, and of which symptoms were found. I took my vehicle to the dealer as they are the original equipment manufacturers and are supposed to be experts in the field, with up to date and state of the art vehicle scanners for advanced troubleshooting. However, none of this showed, as I walked out of the dealer with no value added, and minus the diagnostics visit cost. More
