Experience at Ford of Upland I had not been happy with Ford of Upland since my last purchase there, especially the service department! However, on this visit, I was treated with a lot of positive attention under what I found out is new ownership. Brandon, the young man who sold me my car, was honest, attentive, and very helpful in me deciding to buy a car recently. Other salesmen gave me a pep talk on certain features that " came with the car". Unfortunately, they led me to believe these features were "included" in the price. It was not until I went home and read the contract, that I discovered I was being charged $1200 extra! I was only allowed to cancel one of them. More

The work was finished in less time than promised. Work (Front end, Air Conditioning, Belts & Hoses) was finished on time and came with a 2 year warentery. Oil change I usually go to Ford of Upland for anything related to my car. I’ve bought 5 cars from them so far and out of all the dealerships they are the best fo I usually go to Ford of Upland for anything related to my car.
