They performed a thorough multipoint inspection on my Camry that resem Ford's Quick Lane department really got me in and out quickly and efficiently. They performed a thorough multipoint inspection on my Camry that resembles a report card-it showed that my rear brake pads are in the "yellow" zone and they told me that they are getting low but don't need replacement immediately-they recommended that we reinspect them on my next oil change and they are not an urgency.It was refreshing and It made me feel at ease because they didn't give me the "Hard Sell" like so many dealers do. I also told them that my A/C wasn't as cold as it should be and they were able to service and recharge the system-they were able to inspect the whole system and said no other repairs were needed. I feel the service I received was honest, ethical, and fairly priced. I made an appointment for my Honda Accord for next week. More

It was good service but.. It was great service my car is running great and is having not trouble but I took my car in with a quarter tank of gas and when I got it I was empty w It was great service my car is running great and is having not trouble but I took my car in with a quarter tank of gas and when I got it I was empty with only 10 miles on it I would of wish ford could of filled my gas tank up for going through the incident of having to take my car in when I’ve only had it for about 3 months More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience Buying my new car at Upland Ford was a wonderful experience. The employees who helped me with my vehicle were very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a used vehicle and ended up with a great deal on a new vehicle. The manager himself (George) came out and offered me a better deal with the new vehicle I purchased versus the used vehicle (which was a beautiful car) that I almost purchased. All the folks that helped me from selecting the car to financing it went above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time within the past 7 months we have come here and bought a vehicle. Both times we left completely satisfied and impressed with the customer service we received. I will recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to go see the folks at Upland Ford. You will be treated like royalty! And I love my new car! More
