We were traveling and our truck broke down and we were near the ford dealership. We went in and David Shaw Helped us right away. Got the truck in told us we had a broken rear axle. He did his magic and found out it was all under warranty, and the truck would be fixed by the end of the next day or the morning after. He set us up with a Truck rental place so we could tow our camper back to the campground while the truck was being fixed. Mike Garcia was another Awesome team member who drove us to the truck rental in time to get the truck before they closed. The truck was fixed very quick and we were back on the road. Mr Shaw in the service department was totally awesome and caring . We were towing our camper and had issues and he got us right in and repaired the truck . We were at his mercy being travelers and stranded b caring . We were towing our camper and had issues and he got us right in and repaired the truck . I'm reserving a 5-star review at this time pending how well the service goes on my 2014 Ford focus ST. And let me say, that, I appreciate the mechanic bringing my attention to several issues with my vehic well the service goes on my 2014 Ford focus ST. And let me say, that, I appreciate the mechanic bringing my attention to several issues with my vehicle, but there is still one issue unresolved - the key fob. I want more than anything to have a positive experience with the dealership, and hope that Ford of West Memphis do me good. More
Service dept . Rip off Vehicle went in for a recall on the airbag system . Vehicle belongs to my elderly mother . With in 15 minutes , they came back with a list of things that they said needed immediate attention . Spark plug, 427.80 , coolant flush 149.95, Top engine clean 129.95 ( which I have never heard of ) fuel injectors -clean 149.95, Throttle body service 74.95 , Transmission flush ,189.95, Engine air filter 25.00 ( which was not old at all ) Cabin air filter 79.95 ( that’s easy to get out behind glove box door ) Engine oil change 39.95 , ( That’s not due for another 2000 miles , window sticker showing that from last oil change , and Tire pressure Moniter receiver / transponder 395.94 ( in other words it needs a 60 sensor on one of the wheels that monitors air pressure , now granted the light was on but tire pressure was checked about a week before ) All these problems that none of them except the tire pressure light that was on in the dash, was checked . It is impossible to check all of these components in 15 min . not to mention none of the air filters etc were even checked . Shame on y’all for trying to take advantage of a women , let alone a elderly person . No morals ,and I would never recommend y’all for anything . More

I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one. They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf. I would like to very graciously thank all of the people that put up with my funny ways and hope that I'll be around to deal with them again in the future. Thank you again Caroline More

2008 Ford Explorer Bought a used 2008 Ford Explorer. Looked good online so we took a test drive. When I say test drive I mean 35 mph down a service road they told us to Bought a used 2008 Ford Explorer. Looked good online so we took a test drive. When I say test drive I mean 35 mph down a service road they told us to take. Drove good at 35. checked everything out and it seemed like a good deal. Paid $9500 cash. Found later that the lever inside the dash that allows it to switch between floor, dash and defrost was damaged. Wouldn't come out the middle vents with much pressure. Had to pull the entire dash to fix. $1100. They agreed to pay half after arguing with the sales manager in the middle of the showroom floor. Tried to get my money back. Would not give me my money back on the truck. Said he didn't need it. Got the truck back. Front end wobbled. Took it to the mechanic. New brakes and rotors. Over $700. New tires. $700. Month later. Shifting funny. Took it to the local Ford dealer. Transmission had to be replaced. That was it. Sold it to them. Lost all my money on the current repairs and only got less than half of what I paid originally. Didn't even have it 6 months. Horrible dealer. Biggest rip off I have ever dealt with. I lost a huge amount of money. My respect for that dealer couldn't be any lower. Shouldn't be allowed to sell used vehicles. More

While traveling from NC to NV I blew a head gasket on my Explorer. After taking it to West Memphis Ford I am left with over $2200 in repairs alone and an inoperable vehicle. I've been around the block a time or two and could have and would have made the repair myself, had I not been traveling cross country. Mike, the service manager, and his team tried to blame faulty valves and then a belt upon returning it after the initial repair. I took it back a second time to make it less than 10 miles. I called to let them know I was sitting on the side of the road and no one could be bothered to return my call. I waited to hear from them for nearly an hour before calling back. I've been told the damage is my fault. Even with the blown gasket the car was driving. Dishonest to say the least. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm stranded and out of options. Please save yourself the time, money and frustration. Find another service center. More

Was told that it was a leased car just gotten on their lot. BWAHAHA! More people had owned this car than I could name & it was bought at auction almost 5 months prior! I started calling them about this car within 24 hours hating it. Too bad!!! Can't tell you all of the things that are wrong with this car, including how wrong it is for a person that has driven Ford 4x4's since 98! Owners, no one cares! Horrible way to treat a good customer. All of my friends & family will make sure & let EVERYONE know that! More
