I'd had good luck with FCI for Ferrari and Porsche in the past, so I dropped a note on their website and was contacted immediately. Kris quickly learned what I was looking for, and didn't play the "how about this car on my lot that you don't want?" game. He tracked down multiple car options within a few hours, and I was able to email, call, or even text back and forth which let me keep the ball rolling while I was on kiddie duty. We negotiated the purchase of my trade-in by text, and then he personally drove the car 90 minutes out to my house, walked me through the vehicle features, and drove away in the trade-in. More
