I am on vacation and I noticed my tire was losing pressure. I called and Wendy in service told me to “just come on by.” I was treated with such care and kindness, it was remarkable. She even waited on hold for about 30 minutes for me trying to see if my warranty would just pay them directly instead of me paying and waiting on reimbursement.
