Me purchasing the car was easy, as I was prepared to make a deal. However, they have been very slow to respond to an issue on the car I purchased. There were issues brough up during the buying process with the sales staff, the drivers headlamp with a large amount of moisture in it and the backup camera was extremely foggy, and we were simply told t with the sales staff, the drivers headlamp with a large amount of moisture in it and the backup camera was extremely foggy, and we were simply told to make contact for an appointment with the service department that day which we did for the next Wednesday. The service department did confirm the issues that we had noted but indicated that they had not received a particular sheet from the "signing" that we would have had to sign indicating that there was something they needed to address. At that time they were asked by us for an estimate and to produce a copy of that signed document. They have yet to do either though they have been contacted 3 more times by phone. More
