Great service, the gentleman was able to pull up & see our warranty, mentioned what is covered under it, and how long we would have it for. Whereas when we’ve mentioned our warranty before, the lady was our warranty, mentioned what is covered under it, and how long we would have it for. Whereas when we’ve mentioned our warranty before, the lady was rude and gave us a hard time about it. This time the gentleman who helped was great and informative. I had a great experience here, everyone was very nice and welcoming, and they completed my service with ease. Unlike some other dealerships, they really cared enough to help me with my car’s issues and made welcoming, and they completed my service with ease. Unlike some other dealerships, they really cared enough to help me with my car’s issues and made sure I wasn’t losing my life savings trying to fix those issues! For someone who doesn’t live around the area and doesn’t have a lot of experience at dealerships, I felt comfortable because everyone made it feel like a comforting environment to be in while they did excellent work on my car.
