Forest City Honda - Service Center

I had a 10:00 appointment- got there 15 min early and then was told it would take 3 hours to put new tires on my car! There was no explanation for the extended time. Norma is name above?) she got chatty and nicer when I showed disappointment, but initially just shrugged her shoulder at me. I told her this was my first time there and she did not even let me know where to wait- I just looked around. (Phone purchase of tires was courteous and helpful, but service did not hold up its end.) I bought my Odyssey here because of their reputation for great service. It exceeds my expectations. Wendy Wall is a gem!
