We took our civic in for an air conditioning problem about two years ago and they replaced the condenser under warranty. Approximately 18 months after that, the air-conditioning started blowing warm air about two years ago and they replaced the condenser under warranty. Approximately 18 months after that, the air-conditioning started blowing warm air again we take it back to break away and they diagnosed it as having a bad condenser which they could not covered under warranty. About two weeks later, Wendy called back and said that they thought they could cover it under warranty now we took the civic back down to breakaway and they replaced a gasket in the compressor. I went from having to spend $1700 for a new compressor to getting a gasket replaced under warranty, thank you so much. More

We were going to the beach for a vacation. I had to have the oil changed before our trip. The Service Manager worked our car in for service so we could have a safe trip. I knew I needed tires but.... in the rush for our trip I had forgotten to get them changed. She gave us a fair price and I was ready for the sand and fun....thanks, good eye..❤️ More
