I will not return. There was 3+ months of administrative nightmares leading up to them actually servicing my Jeep. They failed to maintain appointments made and then questioned me as to who on their end ma nightmares leading up to them actually servicing my Jeep. They failed to maintain appointments made and then questioned me as to who on their end made them. The failed to follow up on parts orders. They failed to even have a porter capable of driving a manual transmission and left my Jeep stinking of clutch. The service bays here are beautiful but the people running the show are clueless. More

Lied to about washing car. Don’t feel oil change was even Donnie tires rotated. Marked back right tire just to check to see if it would be fine and same tire was on same spot. They are great guys and the got me the exact car I wanted and I was of there in less than 3 hours!!! The only thing I am sorry for, is that the girl that returned my call, was not a sales person, but she was and I was of there in less than 3 hours!!! The only thing I am sorry for, is that the girl that returned my call, was not a sales person, but she was the one that took the time to look for the car I wanted and get me there. When I got there I was looking for her so that she would get the commission since she is the one that in fact did the sale, but I was referred to a sales guy, which was good, but had to do only the paper work Cuz Jocelyne was the one that had already done the sale. Great Job Jocelyne, I hope you move to sales soon !! I love the car you found me. More

Met with Mario. I pretty much already inew what i wanted & they had it! Mario showed all the features & even talked to my buddy on Tye phone to go over the price & equipment included like the wench & splash & they had it! Mario showed all the features & even talked to my buddy on Tye phone to go over the price & equipment included like the wench & splash mats. Was able to snag a 2020 power wagon for about $60k. Only thing missing was a sunroof but other than that thisbthing was loaded. Joel helped me in finance and everything was chill & relaxed. Beware the place is busy tho because nobody can touch their prices from what i can tell. More
