There is no resolution because the truck that I was approved of was sold out from under us. The vehicle should have never been shown when I explained to Carlos and his manager that I wanted the truck. When I got back to the dealership they should have stopped the other person from purchasing the vehicle by telling them it he vehicle was spoken for. So unless you prevent the customer from picking up the vehicle than it can’t be resolved
