I went for a tire change. Bruce was walking away when I was trying to talk with him, he claimed he had to write it down. I had called the day before and requested a appt. and requested the tires. When showing up at the dealership they installed the wrong tires on my car. Bruce said the tires I wanted weren't in stock but NEVER did he give me a option about my tires. They installed tires they choose to put on my vechile, he also commented those were better tires than what I had requested. Still I am the one paying and wasnt given a choice. More

I went in to get my usual oil change and that's how it started. The guy in the service department mentioned that i need new tires and a service required from the last oil change. I'm guessing he sent word that i was interested in trading and so Reubin came to me and introduced himself and took me to the showroom and showed me the new cars. Also, Bob, the financial manager was very nice as well. Everyone is always nice and polite. And Reubin really worked hard for me to give me what i wanted and needed. He worked by phone some days and tried his best, i do believe. More

My last visit to Carolina Hyundai was for a scheduled oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one the same day. When I arrived all the paper work was done in a timely fashion. Great service, I was able to catch up some reading while waiting and I was out of there in no time!! This was not my first visit to Carolina Hyundai. I bought my car there and have taken it back for sceduled service, always a pleasant experience. More
