Was able to get an appointment in a relatively timely fashion to do repairs for recalled parts on my vehicle. Service was quick to get work completed, however, one of the repairs was not completed due to fashion to do repairs for recalled parts on my vehicle. Was told the parts would arrive within a week. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not yet received a call regarding the parts. I understand the holidays probably slowed it down, and that is fine. I'll wait a bit longer before calling to find out when the parts will arrive. More
