Communication was and still is just awful. Tim emailed one me price and then completely denied it stating it was a typo. Ended up purchasing vehicle anyway because I loved it. Thank goodness I did the math! When I picked up the vehicle there was a huge hole in drivers side mat. Not something I would expect with a $40k purchase. However, Tim did get me new mats upon my request. I have been holding out on leaving my feedback but I purchased vehicle 7 weeks ago - still waiting on promises made through contract. More
I found the car online and had to travel out of state to pick it up. The team did a good job having the paperwork ready and the car was as I expected. I dropped my car off for a regular service: Transmission flush and A/C service. Nothing was wrong with my car. This was preventative maintenance. I dropped it off on a Thursday. I did not hear about my car until the following week, Tuesday. I had to call in every other day to get an update on my car. I was without a car for several days and I had to work. When I scheduled the service, Nissan service department stated that it would take an hour and a half to complete my service. When I came in to pay for my service, they charged me for the wrong A/C service. They also gave me a report that said my rear alignment was poor and one of my tires was low on tread. They missed the opportunity to upsell and I am not even sure that they completed the a/c service. The service department is failing in the areas of communication with the customer and charging for the right service. I will not be brining my Nissan back to Fort Wayne Nissan anymore. Service was very unpredictable, and it took several times to repair the same issue. Along with multiple tripS and my wasted time. After the third attempt they finally gave me a loaner car after I had to requ to repair the same issue. Along with multiple tripS and my wasted time. After the third attempt they finally gave me a loaner car after I had to request for one. on the last repair a second item was added to the list, which in my opinion was not addressed. It looks like this item will take multiple attempts for this repair as well. I truly felt I did not receive and honest recap of repairs from the service rep. while picking up my vehicle. Although my vehicle took multiple attempts for repair I was not bumped up as priority and had to wait 1 week on 1 occasion to get it back in. I truly feel like I am a thorn to them VS valued customer. Buy the way I bought the vehicle from their lot. I must say... they are slowly making it right though. Thanks for persistence. More
