Polite & friendly I had good service and my service representative, Jason, was polite and accommodating. He even put my Nissan Leaf on the charging station for me sinc I had good service and my service representative, Jason, was polite and accommodating. He even put my Nissan Leaf on the charging station for me since I had a 30ish mile travel to get to home. The only thing that could have made this visit better was if the recall that was on my Leaf could have been taken care of same day. Currently, this dealership does not have a certified Leaf technician. I have been referred to another dealership to take care of the recall and I am thankful that this dealership was able to refer me. More

The service call for an oil change and new filter started off okay. I called in to verify I could use my one-to-one rewards from Nissan and was told yes so I set the appointment online. After returning to pa off okay. I called in to verify I could use my one-to-one rewards from Nissan and was told yes so I set the appointment online. After returning to pay for the service I was THEN informed that this Nissan location does not honor the rewards. After a lengthy conversation with the service manager who repeatedly told me no one told me that he agreed to honor the rewards. It was very rude and insulting to tell me what I was told, insinuating I was lying. I live in NY and would have chosen to visit my local dealership if they HAD NOT honored the rewards and this is why I did call ahead to make sure of this. It also took a horrendous amount of time to checkout.. I should not need to be an hour somewhere waiting to pay a bill. More

We were very happy with our sales person Ed. Everyone treated us very kindly. The only concern we had was we were showing the vehicle to our son and we noticed that on the hood of the vehicle was a dent treated us very kindly.
