Honest Feedback The communication feedback loop was not timely or detailed. I used your texting feature from Herb, but my texts were not responded to in a timely bas The communication feedback loop was not timely or detailed. I used your texting feature from Herb, but my texts were not responded to in a timely basis...I had to call. Upon the call, Herb was not aware of the status of the vehicle, though it had been at the dealership for 4+ hours. In addition, I had to agree to the work to be done, but had not received feedback as to my approval, so when I called, more wait time was necessary to complete the work. Very inefficient. Finally, the repair of lug nuts on my care resulted in my inability to change out a flat if I were to receive one due to the design style of the new lug nut not being hexagon in design, but an external torx/lobe design. If I would not have seen these wheel nuts on his desk when I came in to get my wallet out of the vehicle, I would not have discovered my inability to change out a flat until I was stranded on the side of the road with no ability to put on my spare. He should have indicated the change and its potential impact to my ability to service the vehicle. In closing, I have used this service center 2x in the last 1.5 years, and the same results have been experienced. This is a management issue, not necessarily a servide tehnician issue.
