Spent about three hours going through purchase process only to have to wait another 30 minutes for somebody to fill up the tank with gas while the car sat in the lot for the entire three hours. Basic info wasn’t communicated between sales team and finance team either. Wrong mats were ordered for my truck which required two additional visits out to dealership just to get it right. Overall not a great experience when purchasing a new vehicle. More
