I had an issue with the LoJack system installed in my car, Took it in for service, told the scheduler, and the bot that sent me a text that this needed to be addressed. It was not. Called service, promised call back, did not call back . 2 calls to Salesman finally resulted in response. Still not fixed, snow storm prevented me from bring back . Over 1 hour drive to Fort Wayne Toyota from my home. I waited 5 to 7 days betweeen phone calls. When did talk to service person who finally called me he was nice . The quality of work on 01-11-23 and the service tech guys were great. Major problems when paying re: surcharge penalty. As I did not know until I was standing at the payment-window that the FW-Toyota manag were great. Major problems when paying re: surcharge penalty. As I did not know until I was standing at the payment-window that the FW-Toyota management had instituted a 3.5 credit-card usage penalty. Definitely a lousy way to find out about that. I was hit with a $48.17 penalty that I feel was totally unfair since I had no options. If I had known of that when I made my appointment then I could have been ready to pay by other means. I've had an almost 30-year business relationship with FW-Toyota that I'm seriously thinking of ending because of that. I wrote a letter to the Operations Manager Trey Rohrman and the Customer Service Manager but have not heard one word back. More
