Communication was not very good. No feedback about the car, I had to call to get an update of the car. Rude and impatient staff, always a trouble to find the service on file and unable to provide any paperwork or proof of service. Over 140 dollars for oil change, tire rotation, and a 7 dollar key battery. This type of pricing should be discussed with a customer beforehand. The work is good, however they now add fees for credit cards and sometimes have tried to sell me manufacturer recommended services I already had done in the fairly recent past.
