Purchased a 2012 Mustang V6 Premium on 9/5/22. Sold them my ‘21 Tacoma. The car was sold to me as an “accident free” vehicle and they wouldn’t work with me on the price because of this so called a Sold them my ‘21 Tacoma. My local shop looked at it on Friday 9/9/22 and said that it has clearly been in a front end collision! After speaking with Andrew about the situation, I took today off work so the dealership could look at it. After waiting there for 5hrs they tell me nothing is wrong with the car. So I walked the shop manager and another guy out and showed them everything. They told me to wait there. Next thing I know my salesman walks up and ask how’s things going. They pawned me off back to the salesman and left me hanging. So basically I paid a higher price for a car that has been falsely represented. I never once asked to return the vehicle. Honesty and transparency is of the upmost importance to me and they showed neither! They wouldn’t even admit that anything is even wrong with the car even after I showed them. The radiator core support is bent, hood doesn’t latch securely, passenger side wheel liner is half missing, metal is starting to separate and rust under the hood near the radiator where the collision happened. Hood and bumper are a different paint and poorly painted. Deeply disappointed and would never recommend this dealership. I’m looking into taking further action! More

After some stressful communication with original salesperson on a used car purchase with a transmission issue, the service department and company as a whole offset that with the service provided. Once the service dept was involved, communication and customer service stood out as they resolved the issues to a point where I would return for future business. More
