Michael was top notch. I contacted him about 20 minutes before arriving at the dealership to let him know which vehicle I was interested in. He had the car waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. The service center and employees were top notch; however, when I was called that my car was ready, I informed the caller I would not be there for an hour all more. I was really not happy when after I paid my when I was called that my car was ready, I informed the caller I would not be there for an hour all more. I was really not happy when after I paid my bill and went out to my vehicle, it was running. The heat was on and it was very warm in the car. I feel the car was left running for a long time. My gas needle showed a decline in fuel. I usually get at least 27-28 mpg this tank was 24. I also don’t think a car should be running unattended when the customer is not there. I did talk to someone and they said they might have just pulled it out and they leave it running when it is cold. It wasn’t that cold, and the loss of gas was evident. This was not the fault of the service intake employee, but whoever moved the car to the lot. More
