Excellent service. Told us what did not needed, saving $130. Needed new tires. Replaced two that were faulty and put new ones on front. Perfectly aligned. Founf faulty oil filter needed replaced. My wife scheduled the suggested maintenance on our 2020 Highlander. Waiting 2 hours for a scheduled appointment to rotate the tires is unacceptable especially for a 9 AM appointment. Highlander. I gave two stars because of the waiting room. It smelled worse than the restroom. The fabric chairs were dirty with hair from previous customers. This was at about 8:30 a.m. The walls including waiting room, customer service area, bathroom, hall to showroom and the showroom need a coat of paint. The manager needs to take a walk-through to notice what the customers see! The man I dealt with, Damian, was professional and explained the work that would be done. Give him 5 stars! More
