Took my car in for an oil change and when I got it back it’s been making this horrible noise as if they missed putting back on some bolts underneath my car. When I called to take it back and have it checke it’s been making this horrible noise as if they missed putting back on some bolts underneath my car. When I called to take it back and have it checked out, they said couldn’t get back in for a month. When I explained the situation and that I didn’t think it was safe to wait that long, they told me they would have a service tech call me back. That was 2 days ago, still no word from a service tech. Bought my car here in 2016 and have taken it to be serviced ever since and never had an issue until now. Very disappointed. More
The service department is always great. They try hard to complete the work promptly. They always discuss the work needed to be done prior to completing the work. They try hard to complete the work promptly. They always discuss the work needed to be done prior to completing the work. More
Have been driving Kia Souls (owned 3 different models) for almost 15 years now. Have always gone through this dealership, though it was once on West Colfax with Volkswagen. One of the service tech's Danie for almost 15 years now. Have always gone through this dealership, though it was once on West Colfax with Volkswagen. One of the service tech's Daniel, has been there for the long haul and he is always great to work with. A friendly guy and he makes sure that things get done right, that has been my experience with him and with Medved Kia. More

I have had wonderful car buying experiences when this place was MEDVED KIA, since then I'm not really sure what's going on with their service department. There online scheduling doesn't work, or never ha place was MEDVED KIA, since then I'm not really sure what's going on with their service department. There online scheduling doesn't work, or never has any days up to 6 months out available, I doubt they are that booked. When calling I always get forwarded to a voicemail, when leaving a voicemail I have never received a call back to schedule until I made a direct complaint to the GM of the business. He seemed very annoyed that I contacted him, then the lady that handles service appointments finally called and talked to me like I was wasting her time. My problem is I've bought 2 vehicles here and cannot seem to get them serviced here, even though my finance package with them includes free oil changes and I was also told I cannot take my vehicle elsewhere for maintenance to keep my warranties they stand by. So when I finally got my last appointment, I arrived early only to be told they wouldn't take me because my vehicle did not need an oil change. I have always been under the understanding to keep my KIA warranty intact, Im supposed to get an oil change every 6 months or X amount of miles driven. I was over the 6 months mark but under the mileage by about 6000 miles as I don't drive as much as other people, so I was told to return when I reached the 8000 miles for an oil change, with that being the case I shouldn't need an oil change for about 4 to 5 years, which I'm not automobile expert but I believe that would destroy my engine waiting that long no matter how little I drive. I recently tried to get another appointment and as usual cannot get a hold of anyone and no one is returning my calls. I still have 2 free oil changes left that I can't redeem because of the lack of service being provided. I will be taking my business to another certified KIA retailer and if they cannot honor my free oil changes there, I will be filing a BBB complaint against Foundation KIA. I do not wish to return or give my money to a business that won't treat me as a valued customer after years of loyalty and good money spent. More
My car was vandalized and the ignition destroyed in a failed theft. Multiple calls and messages left over 10 days. No callback from anyone. The second receptionist told me I had to have my car drug te failed theft. Multiple calls and messages left over 10 days. No callback from anyone. The second receptionist told me I had to have my car drug tested before they would even consider looking at it because criminals could have done drugs in the car which would expose the mechanic. Referred me to the insurance company to get the testing; they'd never heard of this. Called the police; they'd never heard of this. Hope she got a good laugh in the break room over that one. Took my business elsewhere. More
Poorest customer service I have ever seen in regards to their service department. Here is why: I was notified by Kia regarding two recalls on my vehicle. Later I was given the go-ahead in a separate their service department. Here is why: I was notified by Kia regarding two recalls on my vehicle. Later I was given the go-ahead in a separate letter to schedule the appointment. Issue #1: Trying to get a hold of anyone to schedule something is like panning for gold. Yes, you can schedule online, but if you have specific questions, especially when it involves recalls, be ready to play the largest game of phone tag of your life. Get ready to leave a voicemail on Bri’s line - which all the ambassadors basically push to her as they are stretched and understaffed. Issue #2: While they say that they service Boulder, it is easily an hour drive one way to this place, with no compensation other than comping an Uber if you live within 10 miles (so basically just Arvada). At $5 a gallon, I basically spent close to 4 hours on the road today just to try and get these recalls fixed. Issue #3: They we’re going to charge $70 for an oil change (normally $40 at any nearby mechanic), $75 to change an engine filter (normally $15 that you can do yourself), and $40 for an air cabin filter (normally $10 that you can do yourself) that this team happened to find during the “multipoint inspection” while doing the recalls - basically and absolute rip-off. Issue #4 (The Big One): I waited most of the day and then suddenly got a text saying my vehicle was ready, followed by another text saying that they had to order a part for one of the recalls. Mind you - this appointment had been made for over a month, and the form that Kia sent stated that the part was ready and available to be fixed in my vehicle. After I tried to get some answers and clarify via text, I was completely left unanswered by TeElle until AFTER I picked up my vehicle. Pretty terrible customer service and communication on her part. I tried to call Brittany (the Service Manager) afterwards, but to my surprise (sarcasm), went immediately to voicemail which was also completely full. So, now I have to wait until they get this part to get my vehicle fixed, I have to schedule it all over again, plan out 4 hours of both me and my spouses day to go drop off and pick up. Honestly, this will be the last time I will be working with Foundation Kia, and most likely the last time I will ever have a Kia. No customer service, no empathy, no help, and not even any gesture for the inconvenience. As someone who works in hospitality, I am appalled at how you simply don’t care. You barely even ran my car under a hose without me asking. Never again. 👎 More
