I a new customer, I came in for an oil change, 1/2 day and ended up with my car at the dealership for 5 days. 5 days with no transportation! No offer for transportation! And the car was returned to with a and ended up with my car at the dealership for 5 days. 5 days with no transportation! No offer for transportation! And the car was returned to with a very foul malodorous smell that I could not stay in the car until it was decontaminated over 3 days! Service Manager Martin contacted me to address my concerns.
