I paid for my part 1/31/24. Was told it would take 5-7 days for the part and 2 days to fix. March 1st, I had no communication with the dealership. I called, was told they would pick my car up March 6 and it would be ready by the 8th. It was picked up the 8th. I needed it by the 12th. On the 12th was told it wasn't ready but my car would be at my house by that Friday. Friday the 15th, I missed a call at 4:45 from the dealership just asking to call back. I went to the dealership Monday, March 18 to find out it was ready. It was delivered to my house that day. More
