When I walked in , I walked up to one of the three people at the counter. I was greeted, and I gave my purpose for being there. The rep was courteous, but nothing excessive. I was there for an oil change, rotation of tires, and to replace my rear windshield wiper. My appointment was at 4 pm. My vehicle was taken in at 4:20 pm. I then proceeded to wait for a little over an hour. A little bit excessive, but not to bad. Here's where the problem began. I received a bill for $113 + change! That is totally unacceptable. The breakdown of the bill as follows, $59.99 for oil change and filter, $24.99 for rotating the tires, and $21.99 for the wiper, $13 for the wiper, and $9.99 for installation. I would have done the wiper myself if I could have found one. No wonder people don't go to dealerships to have work done. I purchased the vehicle at Fox Toyota. This was my first checkup since purchasing the vehicle. ( oil change). The least they could have done was rotate the tires for free. I think that they overcharge on their servicing of their vehicles. So my vehicle is done and I go to get into the vehicle and notice the sticker in the left corner. Normally the sticker is for when your next oil change is. Well, the sticker read 10,000 Under what my actual mileage was! So I go back in and explain it to the rep. She says oh it is just a typo. She goes back out gets a new sticker, and says now this is for the rotation for your tires. It reads 5,000 more than my mileage. I don't need a reminder for my tires, it normally is for your next oil change. I point that out to the rep and she says, oh your maintenance light will come on for that. Well, I certainly won't be going back at $24.99 to rotate my tires there! For the price of everything, I will probably go to Walmart, as it's cheaper. Sometimes cheaper isn't always better, but in this case, it is. Who can afford to go to the dealerships to get anything done? I was trying to be a loyal customer, but at those prices I will be going elsewhere. More

Experience with this dealership and salesman was fine. However, after I got home and my son was checking out the car he discovered there’s no spare and no jack.
