Disappointed. Call the day before my appointment and they had no record (made 3 weeks previous) of it. Told me they would get me in though. Had to call 3 times to Call the day before my appointment and they had no record (made 3 weeks previous) of it. Told me they would get me in though. Had to call 3 times to find out when it would be ready. It wasn't ready on Friday ehen promised and I had to wait through the weekend. When I picked it up, the bill-to insurance amount had increased by a thousand dollars without a heads up to me. When I picked it up, I was told there was a piece that was backordered and they didn't know how long it would take to get. So now I have to go back and have that completed. This is not the service that i've been used to with Boucher. Everyone is very nice and the car looks great. But still!! More

I was clear in my need to get picked up, and when the time came, the service person was rude and hung up on me, and the shuttle was more than 20 minutes late to get me.
